Small Group Sessions

These high-energy sessions are open to all and designed to challenge, strengthen, and support you—no matter your fitness level. With personalized coaching in an intimate group setting, you’ll get the attention you need and the motivation of a community beside you. Each class blends strength, conditioning, and functional movement for a full-body experience that leaves you feeling powerful and accomplished.

Open Gym

Need flexibility but still want structure? Our Open Gym hours give you access to the space, equipment, and energy of the gym—on your own terms. Whether you're following a custom plan, catching up on a missed workout, or just need time to move your body, this is your time.

A quiet, welcoming environment with the freedom to move how you need—no pressure, just progress.

Coaches are on site for light guidance and safety, but you’re in control of your pace and focus.

Ideal for independent movers or anyone building consistency.
