Hi! I’m Keseana!

From : New Orleans

Education: Southeastern Louisiana University 2018

NASM Certified Personal Trainer (2013-Current)

My passion for fitness came from within at a very young age. In high school, I was an athlete and team leader. This is when I received my very first CPT Certification. As I navigated my way through college, I realized that I had a gift for coaching and connecting with others. I use these skills to work with individuals that are looking to improve their quality of life through fitness.

Why do I do fitness?

Fitness has always been more than a workout — it's a gateway to transformation in every area of life. I started Key Fitness to meet the need for intentional, heart-centered coaching that helps people not just move better, but live better.

Now, through The Village, that vision has grown. It’s no longer just about reps and routines — it’s about community, healing, and support. We build strength in the gym, yes, but we also build self-trust, discipline, and joy outside of it.

My mission is to improve quality of life through movement, mindset, and meaningful connection. We start with your body, but we never stop there.
